Staff is very friendly and helpful. The Doctor is very friendly and personable. The staff explains everything very well. The communication from setting up the appointment to actually attending the appointment was smooth and well done. The handouts are very good and organized. I knew up front what my co pay was. The environment was very clean and nicely decorated. The only negative is I could have benefited from some better directions on how to get there and parking, landmarks, ect.

Everything from appointment booking, customer service/hospitality, educational explanations, to the actual medical procedure was amazing! Dr. Gitter and his staff are extremely professional and their kindness makes you feel valued when you visit. They are also very helpful with insurance assistance.
