Megan joined the team at Gitter Vein Institute in October 2017. Megan is a native of New Orleans, where she graduated from Nunez Community College in May of 2017. She studied Medical Office Management with a minor in Medical Billing and Coding.

When Megan is not working, she enjoys spending time with her lovely daughter, Paisley, and her family. Megan is dedicated and enjoys helping people from all walks of life.

Kadie joined the Gitter Vein Institute in September 2013 as our part time Insurance Coordinator. A native of New Orleans, Kadie graduated from Ecole Classique and then went to Our Lady of Holy Cross College.

Kadie brings plenty of experience to our office, having worked at East Jefferson Hospital in Patient Access.

When she’s not on hold with insurance companies, Kadie enjoys spending time with her husband, Joey, and her two beautiful daughters, Madalyn and Meredith. Kadie also enjoys shopping and karate.

Jayme joined the team of Gitter Vein Institute in December 2021. Jayme is a native of New Orleans, LA, where she graduated from Archbishop Chapelle High School. Jayme started at Gitter Vein Institute as a Patient Care Coordinator where she then quickly excelled to a Medical Assistant. Jayme enjoys building relationships with her patients, helping them understand the genetic venous insufficiency treatments as well as seeing their results come to life. When Jayme is not working she enjoys hanging out with her son, Jayden, and her fiance, Taylor. Jayme loves to go to Mardi Gras parades, the beach, and being outdoors.

Connie joined Gitter vein Institute on her birthday October 31, 2022. She is a native New Orleanian and has spent most of her professional career in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Connie is a licensed pharmacy technician with over 35 years of experience in both hospitals and the retail pharmacy sector.

When not greeting patients in the office, she enjoys time with her husband, Tony, and their dog, Kota, including her large family of 5 children, 12 grandchildren and 5 great- grandchildren. Her favorite place to be is at the beach, especially with her family.

Somer joined the team at Gitter Vein Institute in August 2023. Somer is a Medical Assistant at our Baton Rouge location. Somer has been a medical assistant for 10 years. She has been blessed to work in many fields of medicine from general practice, pulmonology, phlebotomy, drug screen collections, cardiology, and now in the wonderful world of veins. She feels being in the medical field, patient care is the most important thing. As she was growing up her parents would always say treat people how you want to be treated and she has lived by that rule. Everyone is greeted with a smile and is treated like family. She tries to get to know everyone on a personal level and explain to them exactly what they will expect at each appointment.

She has an amazing husband and three beautiful children. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and her friends. She does not have any hobbies because being a wife, a mother, a sister, and a full time medical assistant her hands are full. Somer lives by this motto "Life is short so enjoy every minute embracing the chaos".

Beth joined Gitter Vein Institute in June 2018 as our part time Bookkeeper. Beth has lived in New Orleans since college, and has spent much of her professional career working as the operational director of medical practices.

When not working, Beth enjoys being with her family and traveling.
